Job Description:
Galaxy Auto which managed by Stepup Auto Ltd, specializes in the manufacturing and production of parts and accessories for trucks and SUVs. We aim to provide fellow auto enthusiasts with access to the highest quality, state-of-the-art products to truly customize their driving experience.
Galaxy Auto has been developing smoothly in recent years, leading us to rely heavily on technology for our operations. This has resulted in our need for an Information Technology Support Analyst to join our IT team. This role is crucial in enhancing the ability of our internal users to better utilize our information systems for inventory management, transportation management, HR management, and more. Additionally, this role will assist our clients in using our systems and platforms for customizing and ordering products. The successful candidate will be expected to work 40 hours per week with an annual salary of $64,480. The job duties and requirements for this position are as follows:

• Receive IT support requests assigned by manager, and promptly communicate with the corresponding users to diagnose and document the issues.
• Refer to user guides, manuals, and other documentation to research, develop, and determine solutions for troubleshooting the problems.
• Implement the identified solutions, documenting the progress and status of each case. If further solutions are required, escalate the issues and all relevant records to the engineer or manager.
• Advise and assist users in preventing the recurrence of problems and resolve the issue if it reoccurs.
• Compile, categorize, and maintain a section within the system dedicated to common system issues. Provide solutions to these common problems so that users can resolve easy and common issues independently, thereby enhancing IT support efficiency.
• Analyze problems reported by users, then develop a report for the engineer to improve and debug the IT systems.
• Support engineers in designing and developing current and new systems and features.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields is required.
• Experience in IT support is required.
