*Drafts and reviews company contracts, leases, and agreements prior to execution. *Serves as liaison with outside counsel of the company in preparations of legal defense of all suits brought against the company. *Assists company with Federal and State statutory and regulatory compliance, including, but not limited to, Fraud and Abuse; Stark; EMTALA; HIPAA; Hospitalization of the Mentally Ill; and Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services.
