Job Description:
Administrative Assistant
T-Brothers Food & Trading Ltd. in Coquitlam, BC is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant.
Conditions:
• Position: Administrative Assistant (NOC 13110)
• Full-Time, Permanent position
• Hourly Wage: $25.00 per hour
• Working hours: 30 hours per week
• Vacation: 4% gross salary
• Benefit: Extended medical insurance

Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• Completion of a one- or two-year college or a minimum of one year of previous clerical experience is required

Job Duties:
• Answer general telephone calls and inquiries
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
• Forward information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information
• Maintain business equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures, calling for repairs, monitoring equipment operation, monitoring, and purchasing postage
• Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
• Compile data, statistics, and other information
