Job Description:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
Work closely with department managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods, including social media, job fairs, and networking events.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and prepare reports for management.
Represent the company at various recruitment events and promote our employer brand.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to upholding the company's values and service standards.
Post-secondary graduation is required
