*Provide day-to-day advice to HR and management on global policies and initiatives and all areas of labor and employment law, with a particular focus on US laws including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, pay equity and affirmative action, hiring (background testing, drug testing), wage and hour laws, performance management, immigration. *Research, review and help create employment-related policies and advise on potential implications from non-compliance with such policies and procedures. *Investigate and defend the company against administrative complaints. *Work closely with colleagues to oversee employment litigation. *Collaborate with internal investigations related to employee claims and respond to attorney demand letters as appropriate $154,710.00 to $371,300.00
