Job Description:
•Inspection of all the maintenance work at various client locations in GTA, Whitby and New Market, ON
•Assist in developing detailed drawings of renovation sites using AutoCAD
•Working efficiently in line with established timelines.
•Inspecting the work, materials, means, and methods used in construction.
•Employing measuring and testing techniques in assessing contract compliance.
•Assisting with the administration of the construction contracts.
•Tracking and reporting on the status of schedule activities.
•Maintaining daily records of construction activity and progress.
Job Requirements:
•Completion of a Bachelors in civil engineering technology or a closely related discipline.
•More than three years’ working experience in civil engineering or in a related discipline.
•Project Management qualification will be considered as an asset.
