Salary: $18.00/hour
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 35 to 40 hours per Week
Employment Conditions: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Night, Shift, Weekend
Start date: as soon as possible

Work site environment: Noisy, Odours
Work setting: Food service establishment, Coffee shop, Restaurant
Tasks:
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Establish work schedules
Supervision: 5-10 people, Food service counter attendants and food preparers
Transportation/travel information: Own transportation, Public transportation is available
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail
