Job Description:
A Software Architect is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the software technology, architecture, and its ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
• Architectural Design: Lead the design and development of robust and scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams, promoting adherence to Salesforce development standards and methodologies.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into comprehensive and effective technical specifications.
• Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and features, evaluating and recommending their adoption
• Optimization: Conduct research and optimization of Salesforce solutions, focusing on enhancing the speed, efficiency, and reliability of processes.
• Integration and Data Management: Design and implement complex data integrations with external systems, ensuring data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
• Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce Salesforce governance and compliance standards, conducting regular code reviews and performance assessments.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, troubleshoot technical challenges and troubleshooting Salesforce-related issues.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment for successful Salesforce implementations.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance and expand Salesforce architecture knowledge.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights and recommendations on Salesforce architecture to support the company's overall business.

Job Requirements:
Critical Experience:
•Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
•Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions.
•Extensive experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
•In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data model and security model.
•Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Applied Science/IT/Computers or equivalent
•Certified in at least 2 of the following:
Salesforce Platform Developer
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Javascript Developer
•Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Domain expertise in Telecommunications, Finance or Retail business
•Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
•Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
•“Salesforce Certified System Architect” certification is a plus
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
•Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
•Lead and mentor development teams in Salesforce best practices.
•Conduct code reviews and performance assessments.
•Stay informed about the latest Salesforce technologies and features.
•Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform.
•Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and capabilities.
•Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
•Develop and optimize data migration strategies.
•Establish and enforce Salesforce governance and compliance standards.
