Job Description:
Research market trends, business, economic, and political implications for consumer and commercial market industry related to the financial performance of the construction and remodeling company. Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Guide cost and business and statistical analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; provide trend reports and forecasts; explain the processes and techniques recommending actions. Gather data from appropriate financial and economic sources, prepare financial and economic analysis to support management's quest to performance improvement. Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analysis, studying processed changes in methods and materials and financial operation and economic control as well as cost of labor and inputs.
