Job Description:
Russell Breweries Inc. produces beer for sale to provincial liquor distribution organizations and entities engaged in the food and beverage industries within Canada. Now we are hiring 1 Chief Investment Officer (CIO).
Description:
Title: Chief Investment Officer (NOC 00015)
Location: Unit 202, 13018 80 Avenue Surrey, BC Canada V3W 3B2.
Compensation: $51.28 per hour
Hours: 30 hours/week
Responsibilities:
Develop and adjust company investment strategic objectives and plans based on market trends, industry dynamics, and company core competencies.
Recruit and form key departments and senior strategic development positions, including mid-level managers, directors, and executives.
Allocate and manage human and financial resources to effectively implement company policies and plans, ensuring coordination between departments or divisions.
Establish efficient investment systems and financial management systems, fostering the sharing of investment experience and information to enhance overall investment efficiency.
Enhance financial management practices to ensure the company's financial condition is transparent and accurate.
Formulate and approve investment activities, as well as authorize and lead overall personnel planning for the company.
Represent the company in negotiations and other formal functions.

A university degree or college diploma in related field is required.
At least 5-year experiences of manager in finance are required.
Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.
