Job duties:
1.Develop, review, regularly modify and update the financial system of the
company to
ensure the financial activities of the company works well.
2.Handle activities related to financial plan, investment, and manage a
portfolio for
individuals or organizations.
3.Devise strategies within a financial portfolio for individuals or
organizations.
4.Prepare the financial plan, which projects revenues, expenditures, and
finance needs
over a given period.
5.Evaluate the performance of investment portfolios and ensure compliance
with
standards provided by Glance Capital.
6.Establish and implement the policies, systems and procedures of the
financial
department for Glance Capital.
7.Prepare and interpret reports, budgets, accounts, summaries and financial
statements to the higher-level management team.
8.Communicate with the company’s shareholders and internal financial
analysts.
9.Maintain up-to-date financial system knowledge and aid management in
financial
decisions.
10.Suggest to the higher-level management team and other departments on
the
improvement of procedures, operation systems, and financial control
methods.
11.Train and manage the employees in the financial department, give them
instructions on the management of income and expenditure.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
a.A Bachelor’s degree finance, economics or related field, Master degree is
preferred.
b.2+ years of working experience in management is required.
c.5+ years of working experience in financial position is also required
d.Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment.
e.Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
f.High motivation with a proven ability to adapt quickly in dynamic
environments.
g.Ability to collaborate broadly with peers, and with partners.
h.Must be able to build and maintain professional relationships.
