Job Description:
1. Provide strategic direction and coordination for all aspects of the product design process, including production, pricing, sales, and distribution while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives;
2. Direct administrative activities directly related to product design, ensuring efficient and effective processes for delivering high-quality products and services;
3. Develop and implement work schedules for the product design team, assigning specific duties and responsibilities to team members in alignment with project requirements and timelines;
4. Oversee financial and budgetary activities, working to allocate resources effectively to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency within the product design team;
5. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures in collaboration with board members, organization officials, and staff members. Ensure adherence to quality standards and drive continuous improvement;
6. Manage personnel functions, including selection, training, and evaluation of team members within the product design team by fostering a culture of learning, growth, and high performance;
7. Collaborate with departments such as advertising, marketing, and sales to develop and implement comprehensive product-marketing strategies
Job Requirements:
