Uni-One Food Group offers retail (mainly online platform) and wholesale services to BC. We urgently need an exceptional Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team and help us execute growth strategy.

Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week, Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $56.50 per hour
The Sales and Distribution Manager will:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets and objectives.
• Plan and manage the distribution of products or services to various channels, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and manage the sales and distribution budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve optimal results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to enhance business growth.
• Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure coordination and alignment of sales and distribution activities with overall business strategies.
• Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
