Job Description:
Christian Education Director
Job Duties
Plan, lead, and oversee worship services for Sunday school and youth groups.
Develop or direct study courses and Christian education programs for the children and youth within the church.
Schedule, plan, and manage special events, such as Bible classes, camps, and retreats.
Select appropriate curricula and class structures for group discipleship programs.
Counsel individuals on interpersonal and spiritual concerns.
Assist the Senior Pastor in recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers for the church's educational programs.
Collaborate with ministry members to set goals for Christian education programs and promote participation, etc.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement
Bachelors degree in Theology, Christian Education, Christian Studies, Divinity, or related.
