Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Status: Full-Time (Exempt)
Compensation: Annually at 75K
$300 Sign-on Bonus After Completion of the 90-day Probationary Period
Summary/Objective
Midwest Goods is looking to hire a successful Real Estate Investment Analyst to assist the principal broker and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the managing broker and clientele, screening messages, and notifying the broker of important information. You will also be responsible for organizing records and completing other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate can solve problems quickly and is highly detail oriented. Essential Functions:

Conduct market research, analyze property data, and prepare reports to provide valuable insights to the real estate team. Assist with gathering and organizing required documentation for real estate transactions. Manage real estate software and databases, input, and update property information, and ensure all systems run smoothly to support real estate operations. Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements. Input information received about clients through streamlined database management. Create marketing materials for properties, such as flyers, online listings, and social media content. Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing property information. Coordinate showings and appointments and act as a liaison between clients, agents, and other parties involved in real estate transactions. Ensure deadlines are met and support the overall process from listing to closing. Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary. Answer phone calls, manage emails, and schedule appointments. Prepare real estate forms and documents. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems. Perform other duties as assigned.

Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Xero, Quickbooks, and other accounting software. Familiarity with Yardi, Buildium, and other property management software. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong numeracy and organizational skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Supervisory Responsibility
This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
