Responsibilities:
Engagement Management:
Lead and manage multiple audit engagements for commercial and not-for-profit clients, overseeing the entire process from planning to execution and reporting.

Quality Assurance:
Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and other client deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards.
Team Management:
Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing coaching, feedback, and training to foster their growth and development.
Promote a positive work environment and collaborative culture within the team.
Client Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
Technical Expertise:
Stay abreast of the latest accounting and auditing standards, as well as trends in various sectors.
Share technical knowledge with team members to enhance the firm's overall technical expertise.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
CPA certification is required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audit services.
Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and teams effectively.
