As a Financial Consultant, you attract, nurture, and grow relationships with our high-value personal and small business clients by adding value in the moments that matter to them. You provide your clients with proactive, professional advice and collaborate with our over 77 different partners to help clients with their financial goals and key life events. Whether you are helping a client learn how to save money to create the life they deserve, protecting their loved ones, or even helping them to build a financial legacy, your expertise will contribute to creating meaningful and memorable client experiences.
What you’re responsible for?
Prospecting new clients to openly discuss risk management and financial goals and conducting reviews with clients to empower them to make informed decisions.
Collaborate with market-leading professionals in financial planning, retirement planning, mortgages, and business banking experts to ensure clients receive customized and targeted expert advice.
Leverage technology to deliver on client experience and drive sales and retention Cultivating strong community relationships to enhance agency visibility and maximize new business opportunities to contribute to sales and growth goals.
Job Requirements:
Financial Service Experience 1year+
H.L.L.Q.P Licensed (Licensing can be provided prior to starting with us)
Digital Literacy Across A Broad Range Of Devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
Excellent Customer Service & Sales Skills
Business Minded, Self Motivated and Result Driven
