Job Description:
Are you a motivated and experienced Loan Officer looking for an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and client-focused mortgage company? Central Group Mortgage is seeking Loan Officers to join our team. We specialize in serving minority communities, offering diverse language support, and providing creative financing solutions for self-employed individuals and real estate investors. With licenses in nine different states, we offer a unique opportunity to work remotely while serving clients in California, Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, Washington, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze clients' financial situations and provide tailored mortgage solutions.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of Loan Officers to meet client needs.
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and market trends.
- Ensure all loan applications comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application process.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer in the mortgage industry.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and creative financing options.
- Ability to communicate effectively in diverse communities, including those with limited English proficiency.
- Familiarity with self-employment tax considerations and real estate investment financing.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Must be licensed in one or more of the following states: CA, FL, TX, PA, WA, NE, KS, MO, CO.
