Job Description:
• Interpret engineering information to develop industrial process and quality control standards to maximize efficiency and productivity for manufacturing automotive wiring parts.
• Improve manufacturing methods, layout of equipment, sequence of operations, and workspace based on production schedules, engineering technologies, and project specification to resolve production quality issues, maximize product reliability, and minimize production costs.
• Design quality control procedures and activities to increase production quality and effectiveness.
• Implement and evaluate regulatory testing and sampling systems by recording, evaluating, and reporting quality problems to ensure precision and accuracy of manufacturing procedures.
• Research and develop new manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities to enhance product quality and optimize manufacturing process.
• Coordinate quality engineering activities to resolve identified problems or claims from clients related to the quality issues.
• Analyze statistical data and production specifications to determine quality and reliability of finished products and ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor overall production processes and make recommendations in modifying production systems and equipment to ensure adherence to company’s quality standards.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 2 years of experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
