*Manage a variety of U.S. and international government contracting, construction, and personal injury litigation and arbitrations. *managing outside counsel and directing case strategy; conducting fact finding and legal analysis; participating in witness interviews and depositions; overseeing document retrieval and e-discovery; reviewing and editing pleadings and discovery; budgeting and tracking costs; providing oral and written reports to management on litigation developments. *Work with business unit attorneys on pre-litigation disputes with clients, vendors, and other third parties and provide other advice as requested.
