*Manage contracts department and develop and maintain various templates, training materials, and performance metrics while working as an individual contributor. *Proactively manage various contracts (government/commercial) of all types (cost reimbursement, fixed price, IDIQ, time, and material, etc.). *Review bids and proposals to ensure they meet company policies and customer solicitation requirements, and help assure communication between relevant stakeholders such as business development, program execution, supply chain, legal, and finance. *Negotiate terms and conditions for new contracts and modifications. $170,000-$250,000
