*Work with the company business to draft, negotiate, and manage a large variety of contracts including but not limited to confidentiality agreements, SaaS agreements, services agreements, license agreements, and consulting agreements. *Provide support to the relevant business units on the contracts processes to ensure that approvals and contract requirements are met, and to ensure that the business continues moving forward. *Work with individuals across all of the company departments to develop a system for the company’s procurement process
