Job Title: Associate Director Project Management (Ref job code: ADPM 01-23) (Has multiple openings)
Job Location: Tavant Technologies, Inc., 2805 North Dallas Pkwy, Suite 300, Plano TX 75093.
Job Duties:
Lead initial requirement gathering and analysis with various business teams, coordinate architecture and design for various interlinked user stories across various business units and plan rollout activities as per business priorities.
Utilize functional, technical and domain expertise to manage multiple assignments, including large and critical projects to assure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of system integration of Tavant products or technical projects for a client from inception to installation.
Work with sales team, systems architects, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams for successful implementation of project.
Be responsible for overall delivery and implementation of new or enhanced Tavant products to customers.
Perform project management, build road maps, and prepare and implement project plans, scopes, timelines & deliverables.
Estimate, prioritize, and concurrently manage development, maintenance and enhancement of projects.
Maintain a project budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
Closely monitor the project plans, program risks, status reports and proactively escalate issues with multiple solutions to executive management for corrective actions.
Estimate and allocate resources and manage and track the deliverables.
Ensure that all projects are compliant with legal & software engineering processes.

Job Requirements:
Requires Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
Requires two years of experience in the job offered, Senior Project Manager, Associate Project Director or related occupation.
The required experience must include at least two years of experience in PostgreSQL with PostGIS, Geo spatial modeling and mapping layers using QGIS and other mapping tools, FIMS (Farm Information Management Systems) REST API integrations, Climate FieldView and John Deere REST API integrations, Salesforce Identity Management and rearchitecting AWS lambda and step functions.
