How YOU will make an impact everyday:


Performs assigned preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required

Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor

Inspects building to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair

Performs minor plumbing, electrical and painting maintenance using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools

Order parts and maintains required documents

Maintain parts and supply inventory needed to maintain operations

Must be able to work flexible hours

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for YOU to be successful:


2 - 4 years working experience in facility maintenance and basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry is a plus.

High School Diploma or GED.

Dependable; maintains regular and punctual attendance.

Assignments are received in task-oriented terms from direct Supervisor

Follows established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Strong communication skills

Proficient computer skills
