Job Duties:

Orange Neuroscience is a fast-growing Technology Company developing SaaS Platform for Education and Healthcare industry. We do bulk sales (B2B) to Schools and Organizations supporting Neurodiverse Students. We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Specialist EdTech SaaS for our EdTech and Healthcare sales.

Promote sales to existing clients both domestic and international.
Identify and solicit potential clients in the education and healthcare industry both domestic and international.
Assess clients' needs and resources and recommend the appropriate Orange Neurosciences technology and Software as a services (SaaS)
Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients' needs.
Develop reports and proposals as part of sales presentation to illustrate benefits from use of Orange Neurosciences technologies and service.
Estimate costs of installing and maintaining Orange Neurosciences Technologies and service
Prepare and administer sales contracts.
Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Troubleshoot technical problems related to Orange Neurosciences Technologies.
Have to train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
Have to conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
May have supervise the activities of other technical staff and sales specialists.

Terms of Employment: This is a permanent and full-time position, 30 hours of work per week.

Seasonal Position: no

Language of Work: English and proficiency in Hindi is preferred

Wage: $34.50/h

Skill Requirements:

● An undergraduate degree in science or related field.
● 2+ years of sales experience
● Proven working experience as Technical Sales with Educational platforms is an asset
● Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Cultural understanding of our families in our target markets (in Canada and India)
● Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
● Experience in EdTech Sales is an asset
● Knowledge of working with Neurodiverse people is an asset
● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
