Job Duties and Responsibilities:

● Promote sales to existing clients
● Identify and solicit potential clients
● Assess client's needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods or services
● Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service
● Deliver sales presentations
● Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
● Prepare and administer sales contracts
● Utilize sales/marketing software packages
● Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs
● Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
● Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions
● Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
● Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
● Resolve product and service related problems
● Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
● Read and interpret blueprints, tendering documents, blueprint drawings, and building codes, to ensure the company product fits all technical requirements related to energy, weather resistance, design pressure grade, finish and warranty.

Job Requirements:
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

● Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
● 3-5 years of related work experience
● At least 1 year of specific work experience in technical sales of Construction materials, including windows and doors
● Must have a vehicle with a valid driver’s license and good driving record
● Knowledge of AutoCAD and Blue Beam software is an asset
● Knowledge of Salesforce system is an asset
