Job Description:
LPN
As an LPN working with Indemand Care we are expecting you to be professional and respectful to your colleagues and clients
Duties are as follows:
Plans and manages patient care according to individual needs with the collaboration of the medical team
Interview patients and record their medical history and physical condition during the admission and discharge process
Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, respiration, and weight
Observe patients health.
Review medical charts.
Accurate documentation in a timely manner using EMR, PCC, or manually
Assists physicians and registered nurses.
Assists HCA's when needed
Communicates with patients and their families.
Performs standard diagnostic procedures including EKG, phlebotomy, venipuncture, PFT, and Doppler.
Prepares specimens for lab courier.
Follows palliative orders
Administers medications, orally, intravenous, rectally, and topically
Provides wound care.
Prepares and administers injections and/or enemas.
Assists with patient comfort.
Monitor catheters.

Must provide:
Provide Liability Insurance of at least $2,000,000,000 coverage
Current vulnerable sector check
Current CPR/ BLS with Defibrillator
Must have TB, Food Safe, and WHMIS
Current driver's license and a reliable vehicle
Must be Covid Vaccinated
