Team Leadership: As a Door-to-Door Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and guiding a team of sales representatives. You'll provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure they consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborating with the sales and marketing team, you will execute sales strategies and initiatives to maximize sales opportunities and enhance our market presence.
Territory Management: Overseeing the allocation of sales territories and routes, you will ensure efficient coverage of targeted areas and optimize the team's productivity.
Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze individual and team sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management. Implement corrective actions when needed to ensure consistent growth and improvement.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide superior service that aligns with our commitment to building stability and peace of mind for our clientele.
Training and Development: Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills, leading to increased conversion rates.
Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable inputs for developing sales strategies and product offerings.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
Proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate the sales team and build strong relationships with customers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to track sales metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with sales-related software and tools.
