Job Description: ● Schedule:40 hours per week ● Execute a full-lifecycle design process, which includes research, project shaping, idea refinement, building and learning. ● Conceptualize and create impactful, well-thought-out design solutions under tight deadlines that deliver authentic value to creators, learners and the business. ● Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences. ● Design and create visually compelling website layouts, graphics, and multimedia elements that resonate with the clients' brand image. ● Ensure the websites are user-friendly, intuitive, and responsive across various devices and browsers. ● Conduct regular quality checks and testing to optimize website performance and user experience. ● Utilize the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver cutting-edge web designs. ● Continuously improve and update existing websites to reflect the latest industry standards and best practices.

Job Requirements: ● Education:Minimum College or equivalent experience ● Experience Level: Junior-Intermediate (1-5 years of industry experience). ● Solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles. ● Ability to own the end-to-end design process, from initial research and discovery, ideation, to building high fidelity prototypes using Figma. ● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects and creativity. ● Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ● Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design coherence. ● A strong understanding of the research and testing methods required to develop customer empathy and validate ideas. ● Can juggle multiple projects at once while balancing speed with quality. ● Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to both work collaboratively with a cross-functional team and solve problems independently in an agile environment.
