Tasks
• The Marketing Coordinator will be collaborating with the Nautical team to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the immigration firm's goals and target audience.
• You will be producing high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and more, related to immigration law, visa services, and related topics to establish the Nautical Consulting Group Ltd.’s expertise and engage the target audience.
• You will manage the firm's social media accounts (such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and growing the firm's online presence.
• As a Marketing Coordinator for Nautical Consulting Group Ltd., you will be regularly updating the firm's website with relevant content, ensuring it is informative, user-friendly, and aligned with SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility.
• You will develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging newsletters, managing subscriber lists, and tracking campaign performance.
• Organize, coordinate, and engage in events such as webinars, RCIC seminars, workshops, and networking sessions related to immigration and visa topics, aimed at attracting potential clients and building the Nautical Consulting Ltd.’s reputation.
• The Marketing Coordinator will stay up to date with industry trends and changes in immigration laws and regulations to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Interact with current and potential clients through various communication channels to provide information, address inquiries, and nurture leads.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and case studies to showcase the firm's services and success stories.
• You will collaborate with other businesses, organizations, and community groups that share a mutual interest in immigration matters to explore partnership opportunities and expand the firm's reach.
• As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email campaign metrics. Prepare regular reports detailing key performance indicators and actionable insights.
• You will ensure that all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the Nautical Consulting Group’s branding guidelines, maintaining a professional and cohesive visual identity.
• Develop relationships with media outlets, draft press releases, and manage media inquiries to enhance the firm's visibility through earned media.
• As a key member of Nautical Consulting Group Ltd., you will assist in creating and managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to various initiatives and campaigns.
• Stay informed about the latest marketing trends, tools, and techniques to keep Nautical's marketing strategies up-to-date and effective.
