Talent Acquisition Specialist Job

JOB SUMMARY: This is a 90-day contract role (with potential to go permanent) Contractor will be working 100% remote, but must live in the Clearwater area (if converted to permanent position, must be able to work a hybrid schedule)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for attracting qualified candidates to fill vacant positions for Empath Health


• Manage Empath Health recruiting process - end to end


• Review applications and qualify both internal and external candidates for distribution to hiring managers


• Provide information about the organization and available positions


• Effectively identify and manage a broad range of recruiting sources


• Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates


• Attain or exceed all recruiting targets


• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous healthcare recruiting experience is required


• Previous UKG experience is very helpful but not required
