Job Description:
This position is hybrid. NYC Salary Range - $65,000 - 80,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location. Perform administrative support for the U.S. Branch teams. With a focus on service excellence, be responsible for collecting and preparing pertinent monthly, quarterly and annual reports related to the performance of the U.S. Branches. This role will also act as a project manager, working on important transformation tasks and strategies. Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and UNFCU’s Code of Ethics & Business Conduct.

- Partner with the Member Operations team to organize and maintain performance reports that deliver data related to the day-to-day operations of the U.S. branches.
- Partner and engage with contact center and representative office coordinators to streamline messages, projects and overall employee & member experiences.
- Collect, prepare, and distribute pertinent monthly, quarterly and annual reports related to the performance of the department.
- Maintain a schedule of all operational changes that impact the U.S. branches ahead of intranet operational update postings.
- Ensure communication is rolled out to the U.S. branch teams in a timely and effective manner.
- Schedule and coordinate branch administration vendor meetings (virtual and in-person). Maintain shared calendar to ensure that all meetings are visible to management.
- Support the U.S. branches by reporting technical issues experienced by staff and follow-up to ensure timely resolution. Report outstanding unresolved issues to management on a regular basis.
- Coordinate necessary coverage needs when required.
- Support management with the successful onboarding of new hires by initiating and fulfilling UPM requests and equipment needs.
- Support implementation projects by serving as a representative for the U.S. branches when needed.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with members and colleagues.
- Oversee the fulfillment of, and contribute to the support of, training requirements for the U.S. branches, which include SABA, CTR’s, SAR’s, branch audits and policies & procedures.
- Serve as a liaison for the U.S. branches and other department groups and continue to support transformation work for our members and staff.
- High School diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or project coordinator
- 1-2 years of experience in banking/financial services highly preferred
- Knowledge of corporate business processes and procedures
- Proficient MS Office skills, including intermediate MS Word, Power Point and Excel skills
- Hybrid work model
- Must be willing to work in and travel to New York City & Washington DC branch locations if needed
