Job Description:
Respond to customers requests online and offline in a prompt and courteous manner.
Plan, create, publish and share creative content (text, images, and video) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
Must be able to use video editing apps such as capcut, inshot etc.pay weekly/per hour 25 per hours- 4 hrs daily
Job Requirements:
1.Manage large amounts of incoming calls
2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
4. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
5. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

7. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
8. Take the extra mile to engage customers
