We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our team to help provide leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to the sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, effective client relationship management, and overall business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets for Triumph Well Services within the oil and gas sector. -Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industry, including oil and gas companies, drilling contractors, and service providers. -Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients, conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and proactively seeking partnerships or collaborations to expand Triumph Well Services' customer base. -Recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, setting targets, conducting performance evaluations, and motivating the team to achieve sales objectives. -Collaborating with senior management to develop sales forecasts, setting sales targets and budgets, and monitoring sales performance to ensure alignment with financial goals. -Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations for management. -Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, engineering, and project management to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales contracts and customer requirements. -Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build industry contacts, promote Triumph Well Services' capabilities, and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications -A diploma or above in business or a related field (or equivalent experience) -2 to 3 years of related experience is preferred -Prior experience in the oil or a related industry is a plus
