Job Description:
Food service supervisor
Meltwich Food Co
Location: 57 Harry Walker Parkway S suite Unit 7, Newmarket, ON L3Y 8T8
Salary: 17.00 hourly 30 to 40 hours per Week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, Day, Evening, Morning, Weekend
Start date: Starts as soon as possible.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Tasks
Establish methods to meet work schedules, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Establish work schedules, Co-ordinate, assign and review work, Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports, Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies.
