SNI has partnered with a growing organization in Northwest Houston in search of a clerical professional to support their Billing Department. This is a full time contract to hire opportunity offering benefits and lots of room for career growth!
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with questions and complaints
- Process payments over the phone and in person
- Enter new client information and update existing client information into system
- Escalate issues to management when necessary, following protocol
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Some billing and/or banking experience required
Pay will start at $15/hr and the schedule will be Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. Apply today for immediate consideration!
