Description
5+ years of relevant job experience administering large (1000+ user) deployments of Atlassian Jira and Confluence. 2 to 3 years of which includes Atlassian Enterprise cloud experience.
Jira, the main responsibilities of this role are administration, configuration, and end user support/trouble shooting.
Jira Service Manager as our customer support/ticketing hub + are looking to implement Jira Access later this year. Experience with both would be preferred.
Experience working in an organization transforming from Waterfall methodology to Agile; Scaled Agile framework preferred (SAFe)
