Work Conditions: Full-time, indeterminate, 35 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 18:00 with a one-hour lunch-break

XR Auto is a Vancouver local Automotive full-service one-stop shop. We provide auto spa, parts installation, modification and retail. We are building an automotive sales platform development team and we are currently looking for a computer programmer to join our team. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with other developers and be responsible for designing and developing our automotive sales platform software and website.
Job Duties:
1.Design, develop, and maintain our automotive sales platform software and website, including database architecture, backend, and frontend code;
2. Participate in technical architecture and programming language selection, assess the feasibility of new technologies, and provide technical recommendations;
3. Collaborate with designers and other developers to ensure the quality and user experience of software and website;
4. Write technical documentation and user manuals, provide technical support and training for other team members;
5. Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure the stability and security of software and website, and comply with relevant regulations and standards;
6. Troubleshoot technical issues and faults, continually optimize software and website to improve user experience and increase sales.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
2. Proficient in commonly used programming languages and frameworks, such as PHP, Python, Java, etc.
3. Familiar with database design and management, familiar with relational databases and non-relational databases;
4. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills;
5. Familiar with Agile development, DevOps, and continuous integration/delivery;
6. Familiar with the design and implementation of web services and RESTful APIs.
