Job Details for Collections Representative:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, 1 late shift per week 10am - 7pm, and 1 Saturday/month 8am-12pm
- Pay Rate: $16-$17/hour based on experience
Job Responsibilities & Description for Collections Representative:
- Collection of TMC 30+ accounts through the automated dialer system
- Handle customer service issues and process related paperwork
- Negotiation for payment arrangements on customer accounts
- Basic Skip Tracing
- Adherence to company policies and procedures in addition to compliance of state and federal regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements for Collections Representative:
- Minimum of 1 year of collections experience in a call center environment
- Proficient dialer and skip tracing abilities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to stay organized, multi-task and communicate effectively
- Must be punctual and able to adapt
