Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook complete Japanese style complete meals and side dishes from the menu
Prepare special dishes for customers with food allergies
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes
Check the quality of raw and cooked products
Store ingredients and raw materials on proper temperature
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Estimate expected food consumption and order ingredients/supplies
Clean kitchen and work areas
Job Requirements:
- Education: Academic: Completion of Secondary High School
- Experience: 1 year of related cooking experience is required
- Work Conditions and Personal Suitability: Fast-paced environment, Client Focus, Flexibility
