Job Details for Warehouse Lead:
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 630am-530pm
- Pay Rate: $17/HR (plus 10 hours a week of OVERTIME - $25.50/HR OT rate)
Job Responsibilities & Description for Warehouse Lead:
- Distribute work and supervise 8 production workers
- Utilize an IPAD to track and monitor production/performance
- Assist team members with production tasks (pick/pack, loading and unloading product)
- Ability to work in cold temperatures - move product in and out of freezers
Job Requirements for Warehouse Lead:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting
- Ability to lead and direct a team of production workers
- Ability to work in cold temperatures
