Job Description:
Nail Care Technician
Roles and Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to determine their nail care needs
Shape, trim and buff nails
Apply polish and custom/standard design styles
Apply artificial nails, such as tips, wraps, and sculptured nails
Perform manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic extensions
Clean and sanitize all tools and work areas
Requirements:
1+ years experience
Completion of secondary school
Must possess artistic skills and knowledge of safe handling of equipment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to stay focused, accurate, and detail-oriented while performing repetitive tasks
Hand-eye coordination, ability to distinguish between colours, manual dexterity
Working Conditions:
Combination of sitting, standing walking
