Job Requirements:


2 years to less than 3 years

- Write, modify, integrate, and test software code.
- Writing and maintaining CRM program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards and testing feedback reports.
- Researching, consulting, analysing, and evaluating system program needs with the help of the domain knowledge experts.
- Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems such as improving cloud database of existing client documentation and associated processes, procedures, and methods to ensure software system validation within the office.
- Enhance existing software along with cloud database to address strategic product feature development needs for improving the software and adding new plugins and APIs.
- Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in program code within the established programming language and testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to the required specification.
- As an in-house Software Specialist for Nautical Consulting Group Ltd , you will be entitled to assist in writing, updating and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures.
- Providing advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities to the Office Manager to ensure effective software pitches and feature description for prospective end users.
- Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required; Responsible for managing the program's performance and uptime through performance analytical tools.
- Provide technical problem solving / technical analysis to the third party developers for future add ons and features.
- May participate in/lead application design activities creating multi-platform applications that span mobile, tablet, desktop and connected devices.
- Act as a resource for the company director on policies, procedures, design concepts and technical issues for Nautical Consulting Group Ltd.
- Working closely with Company Director and Office Manager to communicate project statuses and proposals.
- Analysing data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems.
- Overseeing that the correct client information and documentation is applied on the new software for seamless operations within the office.
- Creating innovative solutions to meet our company’s technical needs.
- Testing software and fixing bugs; Applying mathematics and statistics to problem-solving initiatives.
- Maintain the online software development lifecycle and update database; prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
- Directing our software programming and online marketing initiatives; Monitoring overall system performance; Shaping the future of Nautical Consulting Group Ltd.’s systems.
