Job Description:
O & O Restaurant Ltd. DBA Little Caesars Pizza, located at 98 McLeod Ave, Spruce Grove, AB, T7X 1R2, is looking for a Full Time Permanent- 01 Office Administrator (NOC13100) to join them.
Position: 01(Full-time)
Wage: $29.50/hour
Language: English
Job Duties:
• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.
• Delegate work to office support staff.
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
Education & Experience:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business administration or in the related field is an asset.
• 01 to less than 02 years of relevant experience is required.
