What You'll Do:




  • SELL - Increase selling opportunities within a targeted market; identifying prospects, landing meetings, presenting solutions and signing new business. Develop strategies to grow business inside of existing client portfolios while ensuring customer satisfaction.


  • LEADERSHIP - Coach and develop a team of Staffing Consultants on creative sales and recruiting strategies that result in increased market share. Manage the branch's Profit & Loss (P&L); coordinate expenses and variable overhead items; prepare and work with an annual budget. Lead by example by working alongside your staffing consultants sourcing and interviewing candidates, finding the perfect matches for available jobs, temporary and direct placement.


  • PLAN - Monitor, supervise and participate in branch recruiting planning to continually bring in new candidates in order to meet current and future customer needs.


  • PARTNERSHIP - Work with Volt's internal departments on a variety of branch needs.




What You'll Bring:




  • A minimum of 3 years' demonstrated sales experience required. 1 year of staffing experience preferred. College Degree or equivalent work experience. High School Diploma or GED required.


  • A proven and profitable track record in sales management. Demonstrated use of sales management tools.


  • Enjoys working both strategically and in the day-to-day activities of the branch.


  • The ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally including by telephone and in-person with internal staff, external customers and field employees.




  • Critical thinking, resilience and the capability to make decisions under pressure.
