We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist to join our Alternative Investment Services team. This role is located in Fort Worth, Texas or Lake Mary, Florida - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Conduct accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and complex funds including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses and preparing reports.
Drive Service Improvement plans, targeting efficiencies, enhancing processes and specialist review functions.
Provide guidance and reviews work related to cash and asset reconciliations relating to complex accounts or transactions.
Lead work of junior team members for assigned client or fund.

Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferable.
Equivalent related experience should include a minimum of five years of previous accounting, preferably within the Financial Services field.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is preferred.
Systems proficiency in Advent Geneva and / or FIS Investran is a plus.
