Job Description:
Jattana Construction LTD. is looking for 1 carpenter to work on full-time permanent position. Following is the job description
Wages: $29.00 /hr for 30 hours/week
Experience: 1 year to less then 2 years of experience
Personal suitability:
Team player and client focussed
Tasks:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
• Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
• Supervise other workers
• Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
• Combination of sitting, standing, walking
• Physically demanding
• Tight deadlines
