Job Description:
1. Overseeing and coordinating all activities and operations of the sales department.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including homeowners, builders, and developers.
3. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
4. Analyzing market trends and data to identify new sales opportunities and potential customers.
5. Manage a team of sales representatives and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
6. Provide training and support to sales team members on Negotiating and closing sales deals
7. Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
9. Attend trade shows and events to promote the company's products and services.
10. Collaborating with other departments such as marketing and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree is required.
3-5 years of sales experience is required.
Several years of experience in sales management, preferably in the stone industry or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Experience with CRM software and other sales management tools may be an asset.
