WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
• $100,000 to $130,000 base salary plus bonus

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
• Manage, coach, and develop Lender.
• Inherit loan portfolio of approximately $20 million and be responsible for maintaining existing Commercial relationships and developing new business.
• Ensure staff has necessary training, knowledge, and tools to provide customers with high-quality and professional services.
• Provide outstanding customer service to effectively help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Be involved in the community.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• 5+ years Commercial lending experience. Agricultural lending experience a plus but not required.
• 3+ years management / leadership experience.
• Solid business development, analytical, and credit skills.
• Ability to communicate with clients, staff, and coworkers/management in a professional, personable, and confidential manner.
