We are seeking a Social Worker to join our team! Looking for a Bilingual Spanish CSW or LCSW. Job Requirements:
CSW and LCSW Responsibilities:
· Provide bilingual English and Spanish counseling, psychotherapy, information and referrals to our diverse patient population.
· Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
· Develop and execute individual treatment plans
· Attend mental health team meetings
· Assist in development of ongoing programs
· Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
· Maintain accurate client documentation and records, data and patient interaction in adequate, timely and confidential manner
Qualifications:
· Bilingual Spanish Social worker
· New CSW or LCSW graduates welcome!
· Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields preferred but not necessary
· Compassionate and caring demeanor
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
